Meet Dr. Metroka

Dr. Metroka received his undergraduate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He then attended Temple University School of Dentistry for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Metroka was accepted into the pediatric dental residency program at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

 

Since completing his pediatric dental residency, Dr. Metroka has taught at Temple University School of Dentistry and at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. When he taught at St. Christopher’s , he became a member of the Craniofacial /  Cleft Palate team, where he treated numerous Cleft Lip & Palate children.

 

Dr. Metroka founded and maintains the pediatric dental practice in Hatboro, PA., where he has worked since graduating from his residency program.

 

Dr. Metroka is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Society  and the American Dental Association.

 

He believes in encouraging children to be motivated about their oral health and strives to provide a fun and relaxed positive experience.  In this way, he builds trust and long term relationships with patients and their families.
